Your data will be deleted after your request has been processed, provided that you request this and there are no legal obligations to retain the data.

Personal data is also collected if you subscribe to our e-mail newsletter.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link provided in the newsletter or by sending us a corresponding message. Once you have unsubscribed, your e-mail address will be deleted from our newsletter mailing list immediately.

 
2) Forwarding of personal data for online payment

2.1 When paying via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or – if offered – “purchase on account” via PayPal, we pass on your payment data to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter “PayPal”), as part of the payment processing. PayPal reserves the right to carry out a credit check for the payment methods credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or – if offered – “purchase on account” via PayPal. PayPal uses the result of the credit check with regard to the statistical probability of non-payment for the purpose of deciding on the provision of the respective payment method. The credit report may contain probability values (so-called score values). If score values are included in the result of the credit report, they are based on a scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical procedure. 2.2 If you choose a payment method from the payment service provider Stripe, the payment will be processed by the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, Block 4, Harcourt Centre, Harcourt Road, Dublin 2, Ireland, to whom we will pass on the information you provided during the ordering process together with information about your order (name, address, account number, bank code, credit card number if applicable, invoice amount, currency and transaction number). Your data will only be passed on for the purpose of payment processing with the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.
